Quality of Service

The quality of service provided by Perry Homes has been highly inconsistent. While Cortney Markinson received excellent customer service from the Reunion location, which treated them with amazing hospitality, other customers had very poor experiences.

Communication Issues

There were numerous issues with communication, ordering, and scheduling. Judith Wright, for instance, experienced delays in receiving updates on the construction status and had to make repeated requests for information. The company's responses to her issues were slow and unhelpful, leaving her feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Workmanship and Quality

The quality of workmanship has also been a major concern. Judith Wright reported that the tile floors, outlets, cabinet drawers, and quarter round along the baseboards were not completed properly. Additionally, fixtures in the bathrooms were missing, and mirrors were not properly adhered to the walls.

Supply Chain Issues

Perry Homes cited supply chain issues as the reason for the delays, but Judith Wright and Lance Benfield reported experiencing similar issues with communication, ordering, and scheduling. This has led to frustration and mistrust among customers.
