Transforming Your Yard into a Little Slice of Paradise
At Built Square, we believe that a home is where memories are made, and that's why we're dedicated to creating spaces that bring people together. As a design-focused remodeling and construction company based in Seattle, we're committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and a passion for creating homes that reflect our clients' unique personalities.
Our Services
We're a full-service general contractor, specializing in all phases of remodeling and construction. Our range of services includes:
Kitchen Remodels
We're kitchen experts who can help you evaluate your working triangle and possibly open walls to create a more open space plan. We work with local custom cabinet shops to provide cabinets built just for your space. We can also help you navigate the selection process from colors and overall design, flooring choices, and finding the perfect countertop.
Full-Home Remodels
Sometimes a remodel is not just confined to just one room. We excel at projects that involve not only a new kitchen or bath, but also upgrades throughout the entire house. From flooring, door, and trim upgrades to major systems upgrades, we're your one-stop shop for full-home remodels.
Bathroom Remodels
Bathrooms are one of our specialties. We specialize in both full gut and remodel of an existing main floor bath, adding bathrooms in basements, or adding a new master suite and bathroom on a second floor. We've done everything from luxury master baths with steam showers, heated floors, and towel bars to accessible bathrooms with curbless showers - we do it all!
Additions
Sometimes the existing footprint of your home just isn't big enough for that perfect master bedroom or ideal kitchen layout. Or maybe you need an extra bedroom or family room. Whether you're thinking of going up, bumping out, or expanding down, we work with a team of architects and engineers making us the perfect first call for your expansion project.
Basement Remodels
Often times the least expensive way to add square footage to your home is finishing an unfinished basement. We can take you through all the steps, including space planning, earthquake retrofitting, mitigating water problems, adding a bathroom or mother-in-law suite, and final build-out.
