Mike Stevens, our founder, began his journey in the building industry as a carpenter-subcontractor, gradually transitioning to superintendent, then general contractor, and finally land developer. His dedication and expertise have earned him a place among the Home Builders Association of Knoxville's past presidents, as well as a spot in the Tennessee Housing Development Association's board of directors.
