Our Story
At CJS Builders, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and professionalism. In 2007, Christopher J. Spano recognized a genuine need in the New York and New Jersey real estate markets for a midsize high-end construction firm with a focus on premium customer service and satisfaction. From that need, CJS Builders was born. While 2008 was certainly an inauspicious time to launch a new construction business, CJS's incredibly strong work ethic and disciplined perseverance allowed it not only to greatly perform, but to emerge stronger and better suited for the future.

Worst Company Ever
The company has been accused of being the worst ever by two separate reviewers. Both Denise Hearty and Aric Signs have had a terrible experience with the company.
Back Charging and Unpaid Work
Denise Hearty claims that the company back charges all their subs, while Aric Signs was owed payment for a service call that was done six months prior. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, neither reviewer was paid for their work.
Service Call Issues
Aric Signs highlights the poor customer service, stating that he was unable to get in touch with the company due to being told that the employees he was requesting to speak with were in "meetings". This is despite his numerous attempts to call and email the company.
Avoid This Company
Both reviewers strongly advise against doing business with the company, citing their awful experience and shoddy treatment.
