Residential Projects
Our residential portfolio showcases our expertise in designing custom homes, additions, and renovations. We take a site-specific approach to design, considering factors such as topography, solar orientation, views, lighting, parking, and context. Notable residential projects include the Cognewaugh house, which rejected the traditional approach to design, instead, orienting the long side south to capture the sun while creating views of a private courtyard enclosed by a stone wall.
Meet Our Team
Our team consists of experienced architects, including Vincent Colangelo, who holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University and has completed courses in residential design at Harvard. Gian Colangelo, a graduate of Parsons, The New School for Design, brings expertise in 3D and 2D visualization software, graphic design, and permit expediting. Carolina Ramirez, a licensed real estate professional and construction management student, specializes in 3D and 2D visualization software, graphic design, and construction management.
