From the planning and design consultation with Sarah to the timely manufacture and installation of our beautiful cabinets, the process was exceptionally smooth. Sarah always returned our calls and texts promptly and answered any questions and concerns we had.
Here was no hint of rushing us or up-selling from a wide variety of cabinet styles, hardware choices, and colors presented in their showroom. The installers are also very friendly and professional, and the cabinets are flawless. On a scale of 1-10, these guys get an 11. Highly recommended!

Review: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience ever. We had a kitchen fire. I trusted them to have our best interests in mind since I don't have a design or engineering degree. We wanted the cabinets to match the preexisting cabinets which had 15-inch shelves. They measured. We got 12-inch shelves. After install, we showed them; they remeasured; yes, old ones were 15-inch, but if we wanted them to fix their mistake it would cost us another $7000 plus.
The first crown molding was too big. They reordered, too small! Reordered again. The lazy Susan's need to be moved with a crowbar (a bit of an exaggeration) and we were told we would have to live with it. There is a lot more, but they blamed us, they blamed the contractor, and they NEVER took any responsibility themselves. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Review: Took three and a half months for them to get back to us. Had to pay $100.00 just for them to give us an estimate on a small cabinet project for our bathroom. Demanded we pay 100% up front before ordering the cabinets. Was told they couldn't build cabinet to our specifications. So now we are out $100.00 but worse than that we still have no cabinets. Wasted 3 1/2 months of our time and in the meantime prices keep rising.
Do not waste your time using this company. I'm thinking they must have changed ownership recently. They built our kitchen cabinets three years ago and were better (except they measured wrong so we don't have much room between countertops and bottom of cabinets). Also some of the finish is not all that great. The customer service was at least better three years ago.
Very disappointed that this simple project is still on hold. Seems like they don't really want any small projects. They must want large projects as they're in it for the money.
