Poor Customer Experience
The reviewer, Natasha Salisbury, had a negative encounter with a company representative, who exhibited unprofessional behavior. The representative used offensive language, including a racial slur, and targeted the reviewer with verbal abuse. This incident occurred when the reviewer was simply minding their own business. The representative then left the scene in a company work truck, leaving a lasting negative impression.
