Our Story

Walter Spitz, the founder of CDL, brings a unique combination of expertise in lighting products and a "theatrical eye" gained from designing for the stage. His passion for lighting design led him to study at the Banff Center of Fine Arts under renowned lighting designer Laszio Funtek. Walter's extensive experience in designing for various projects, from residential estates to corporate offices, has earned him recognition as a residential lighting expert.

Our team of experienced professionals is comprised of senior designers, project managers, and technicians. Mark Greenawalt, Senior Project Manager, is a certified Professional Engineer with a background in electrical engineering.
