JTH Lighting Alliance is a nationally respected lighting and lighting controls manufacturer's representative working in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We have been earning the trust of clients and industry partners alike since 1988.

Education

We are available to educate our industry partners on all aspects of intelligent lighting. From the science of the effects of lighting and controls to the education of energy codes through product specific training, we will bring clarity to the exciting world of LED intelligent lighting and controls.

Design Assistance

Our team is available to offer LED lighting and controls design assistance to all our industry partners. JTH offers a single source for the coordination of lighting and controls systems to meet energy codes and offer trouble-free systems from design through installation.

Budgeting

We will assist with clear and accurate lighting and controls budgeting and be able to offer cost-saving solutions on those tight budget projects.

Intelligent Bidding/Costing

The JTH quotations team ensures when it comes time to bid lighting and controls systems, our industry partners are confident they have a system that works, is within budget, and meets all local and national energy codes.

Pre-Wire Job Site Visits

We are available to visit the job site with the installing contractor to ensure the installation is understood and there are no surprises during installation.

Project Management

The project management team ensures the correct bill of material has been ordered and the product arrives at the job site in a timely fashion.

Contractor System Start-Up/Training

JTH's Field Service Technicians will be available to assist the installing contractor with system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting as necessary. Additional costs for this service may apply.

End User Technical Support

Our team will be available for end-user technical support and training far beyond the final installation. Additional costs for this service may apply.
