Historical Restoration
Specialized restoration of Victorian and historical buildings preserves original architectural details while implementing modern durability solutions. Our team combines traditional techniques with contemporary materials to maintain historical integrity while ensuring long-lasting protection against San Francisco's climate conditions. This service includes detailed surface preparation, lead-safe work practices, and period-appropriate finish matching.
Eco-Friendly Painting
Environmentally conscious painting solutions use low-VOC paints and sustainable application methods. We help clients achieve healthier indoor air quality while maintaining professional-grade durability. Our eco-friendly options include specialized finishes for kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior surfaces that resist mold and moisture in coastal climates.
Custom Finishes
Transformative faux and decorative finishing techniques create unique textures and visual effects. From Venetian plaster to metallic glazes, our skilled artisans apply these techniques to walls, ceilings, and architectural details. This service enhances both residential and commercial spaces with bespoke finishes that mimic natural materials at a fraction of the cost.
Wood Restoration
Comprehensive wood restoration services address rot, water damage, and structural wear in exterior components. We employ specialized epoxy consolidation and replacement techniques for windows, doors, and trim. Our process includes proper sealing and priming to protect against future moisture intrusion in San Francisco's variable climate.
Color Consultation
Professional color guidance helps clients select optimal paint schemes for interior and exterior spaces. We consider architectural style, natural lighting conditions, and neighborhood context to create cohesive color palettes. This service includes sample testing and finish recommendations to ensure lasting satisfaction with color choices.
