Our story began in 2006 when our founder, Dave Grafflin, decided to leave his corporate job and start his own business. With over 40 years of general contracting experience, including 20 years specializing in the Southern California financial sector, Dave was determined to bring a new level of craftsmanship and customer service to the industry.

Our Journey

Dave's frustration with the industry's increasing focus on cost-cutting measures and sacrificing quality for efficiency drove him to start Grafflin Construction. He was committed to delivering top-notch results at a reasonable cost, and his years of experience and passion for construction allowed him to make that vision a reality. With the help of his daughter, Jessie, who joined the company in 2006, we have grown steadily over the years, expanding our services and team to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

• William Barnett: Field Director and Project Manager with 17 years of experience in commercial TI projects.
• Ryan Grafflin: Estimator and Project Administrator with 5 years of experience and a passion for sustainability.
• Mike Meador: Project Manager with 47 years of experience in general contracting and construction management.
• Bill Vogel: Project Superintendent with 40 years of experience in site and ground-up construction projects.
• Rick Jirsa: Project Superintendent with 23 years of experience in commercial TI projects.
