Unreliable Service and Poor Communication
The reviewer, ChiefWahoo, had a disappointing experience with Woody of S&M, a company that failed to deliver on its promises. The company's representative, Woody, visited ChiefWahoo's house on February 15th to assess some work that needed to be done. However, despite assurances that a quote would be emailed, it never materialized, even after 17 days.
Lack of Follow-Through and Ignored Calls
ChiefWahoo attempted to follow up with Woody multiple times, leaving voice messages, but received no response. This lack of communication and follow-through led ChiefWahoo to strongly advise against using Woody of S&M, suggesting that customers would be better off with a different provider, such as Lowes.
