DBE Subcontractor Requirements
As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that our subcontractors meet the highest standards. For DBE subcontractors, we require registration and approval from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). In addition, we expect our subcontractors to perform a "commercially useful function" as defined in 49 CFR§26.55. This means that subcontractors must be responsible for managing and supervising the work covered by the subcontract, and agree to prepare and submit sub-tier subcontracts and material contracts for approval.
