- Mark Hickinbotham, Founder and President: responsible for setting the strategic priorities for Sawcross, Inc.
- Barry Milam, General Superintendent: with 30 years of experience in the Florida construction industry, he is known for producing high-quality projects on schedule.
- Debbie Shortz, Comptroller: with over 35 years of experience in construction accounting, she ensures the smooth operation of our financial functions.
- Drew Hickinbotham, Vice President of Strategic Development: responsible for overseeing strategic and emerging new markets.
- Kevin DiQuisto, Vice President of Operations: responsible for driving the daily organization and strategic goals for the Sawcross organization.
- Christina Parker, Preconstruction Services: responsible for administering preconstruction services, including bid proposals and market data collection.
- Katie Pastore, Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager: responsible for managing accounts payable and payroll.
- Katie Lyons, Director of Human Resources: responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in HR.
