Our Story
Our story begins with our founder, Charles "Chuck" Laney, who spent over forty years as a successful local contractor while raising his three sons, James, Frank, and Luke, with his wife, Rosemary. Each Laney son would go on to study different subjects in college, from architecture to engineering, but ultimately found their common purpose in general contracting. In 1995, Charles' eldest son formally joined his business, and soon, the whole family followed. Today, C. Laney and Sons Construction employs a workforce of fifty, including project managers, superintendents, and staff members. Yet our company remains, at its heart, a tight-knit family.
