At LDI Mechanical Inc., we offer a wide range of services, including engineering design, pre-fabrication, and installation. Our engineering team provides thorough HVAC design, building codes, and Title-24 compliance, ensuring no cost deviations throughout the project. Our 90,000 square foot fabrication facility located in Corona, California, is equipped to handle rapid cost-effective production of every HVAC component. Our innovative fabrication process and extensive inventory of raw materials exceed Underwriter Laboratory high standards for quality and durability. Our installation team is made up of experienced professionals who have the in-depth knowledge and communication skills to ensure every project is done right the first time.
Divisions
Our Multi-Family Division is the backbone of our company, with over 500 people in the division. We bring unmatched expertise and professionalism to every project, from Colorado to California. Our commercial division handles a wide range of complex projects from garage exhaust to generator piping required in any large scale project. With over 60 employees, this division is the support for all of our projects. The Sheet Metal Division specializes in producing general sheet metal and any building envelope flashing. Working out of the Northern California region, with over 20 employees, the Sheet Metal Division is a unique part of LDI Mechanical Inc.

Theft and Dishonesty Among Employees
Several reviewers have shared their negative experiences with employees at this company. Unfortunately, it appears that theft is a common issue, with employees stealing tools and personal belongings from job sites.
Unacceptable Behavior
One reviewer reported that batteries were stolen from the rooms they were working in, and their knife was taken from a spot where they had forgotten it. Despite trying to identify the thieves, they were unable to find them. However, they do remember the faces of the culprits and vow to catch them.
