Customer Service Issues
There were two instances of poor customer service experiences reported. One customer was sent the wrong color mailbox and was told to repaint it, despite paying an upgrade fee for the correct color. The company refused to fix the issue unless the customer paid a shipping fee to return the item and a restocking fee. Another customer had issues with LED bulbs and was told to remove the bulbs and ship them back to the company for testing, rather than having new bulbs sent to replace the defective ones.
