Poor Customer Service and Unreliability
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the company's lack of responsiveness and unprofessional behavior. Chrissy Will, who had previously used the company for her sprinkler system, called to inquire about capping and moving her sprinklers, but was told someone would call her back, and never received a call. Alison McGhee also reported that her calls about her sprinklers not working were ignored.
Subpar Landscaping Services
Many reviewers were dissatisfied with the quality of the landscaping services provided. Sittoo spent over $400 on hibiscus plants that failed to bloom, and the manager blamed snails and rabbits, without taking responsibility. Martha Detmer described the company as "laborers, not landscapers, " saying they only cut grass, edged, and made a mess with blowers. RDawg criticized the company's lack of professionalism and poorly trained crew, stating that they constantly ruined landscaping.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers had positive experiences with the company. Jeffrey Chitambar praised Randy and his crew for consistently doing a nice job. Fred Feliciano and Geoffrey Goldberg both reported receiving outstanding service and great office personnel. Queen Latifa appreciated the company's attention to detail, saying it was worth the higher prices.
