Ed Regensburg started PM&R by Alert Construction in 1999, after gaining experience in marketing and aviation. His passion for real estate investing and home renovation led him to establish a company that has become a trusted name in the Triad area. Ed is an active Real Estate Investor and Board Member of Triad Real Estate Investors Association, and he spends his free time flying airplanes, diving, and working on exciting new projects in Belize.
