Reviews Summary
Poor Experience with Semi-Truck Incident
A customer, Bwankerl, had a poor experience with one of the company's semi-trucks on Highway 12. The truck was hauling an excavator and lost a large amount of dirt and rock, damaging the customer's windshield with over 20 chips.
Professionalism and Quality Work
On a more positive note, several customers praised the company's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. Andrew Kepler, Coyle Janesville, Justin Vondra, and Chris Ferguson all mentioned the company's respect for clients, as well as their ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
Delays and Unresponsiveness
Unfortunately, Tony Frisch had a negative experience with the company, waiting six months for a price quote and feeling that their time was wasted.
