Customer Service Issues
The majority of the reviewers experienced poor customer service, citing long wait times for quotes, unhelpful representatives, and unmet expectations. Two reviewers, Mike D. and Sparky Treez Stephen Montoya, reported negative experiences, including wait times of up to two weeks for quotes and unresponsive representatives.
Specific Issues
Sparky Treez Stephen Montoya mentioned that they were told they couldn't purchase from the company because they didn't have an account, despite not being informed of this requirement initially. Mike D. described the customer service as "horrible" and the worst in the country.
Positive Exception
However, Ken W. had a vastly different experience, praising the company as the "greatest lighting and lighting controls rep anywhere."
