Our story began in 2005, when our President, Kevin Smith, saw an opportunity to bring his expertise in commercial construction to the growing Coastal Carolinas region. With over 30 years of experience in estimating, contracting, and managing commercial tenant improvements and multifamily renovation projects, Kevin has established an industry reputation for delivering quality work on time and on budget.
