At Neeley Construction, we are a third-generation family business that has been serving Western Washington for over six decades. We are committed to delivering high-quality construction services to our clients while upholding the values of integrity, professionalism, and practicality. Our story began in the 1950s when Alvin Neeley started Neeley Construction & Cabinet Co. in downtown Puyallup. Over the years, we have grown significantly, but our core values have remained the same.

At Neeley Construction, we specialize in a wide range of construction services, including K-12 education, higher education, and commercial projects. Our services span from new construction to full or partial renovations, additions, tenant improvements, field work, and repair work. We also provide preconstruction services and utilize alternative delivery methods, such as progressive design-build and GC/CM. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and value to every client.

Our Company History

Our company has a rich history that spans over six decades. Alvin Neeley started the business in the 1950s, and his two sons, Al (Skeet) and John, joined the company after graduating from college. We have since grown and evolved, but our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has remained unchanged. In 2015, we closed our cabinet shop and focused solely on general construction. We have also expanded our reach by opening an office in downtown Sequim, Washington, to accommodate the growing demand for our services in the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding areas.
