We currently work with several residential builders in Wilmington and surrounding areas. Each of our builders has their own unique style, and we love helping each of them create a beautiful finished product. Quality and Helpful Service
The majority of customers have had a positive experience with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. One reviewer, Jon Abbey, praised the owner Steve, stating that he was very helpful and provided quality cabinets. Melinda Chipley also highly recommended the company, mentioning that the service was great and the help was timely. Crissy, the employee who assisted them, went above and beyond to provide details quickly and professionally.
Poor Service and Deliveries
On the other hand, several customers have had terrible experiences. Clay Chastain and Monica Windham both gave the company 1-star ratings. Clay complained about the drivers being reckless and rude, while Monica described her experience as a nightmare. Her cabinets were installed crooked, and when she tried to report the issue, the company was unresponsive and rude.
Lack of Communication
Lv Clark, another unsatisfied customer, expressed frustration with the company's inability to communicate. Despite trying for months to get a quote and schedule an installation, they have yet to receive a response.
