Quality of Work
The quality of work by TG Construction was severely subpar, with numerous issues reported by the homeowner. The company failed to clean up after themselves, leaving the resident's yard and walls covered in dust and debris. In addition, workers carelessly cut into asbestos tiles despite knowing about the presence of the hazardous material.
Workplace Safety
The company's lack of attention to workplace safety is outlined in the review. Workers were not properly protected while working in a building with confirmed asbestos material. The company's failure to follow OSHA procedures for working with asbestos puts the workers and others nearby at risk.
Customer Service
The level of customer service provided by TG Construction is also criticized. When the homeowner reported an exposure to asbestos, the company's VP of operations, Ramon Magana, ignored all attempts to contact him, leaving the homeowner feeling abandoned and unsure of how to address the situation.
