With 40 years of combined experience in residential and commercial remodeling, we take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our founder, Franklin Clark, began his career in construction at the age of 16, leading a crew of 6 men and earning enough money to buy his first car. Through hard work and integrity, he built a reputation for excellence and ensured customer satisfaction. This commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in everything we do.

Our Story

Franklin's journey in construction began with his father's company, Clark Roofing, in Greenwood, Mississippi. After working for his father's company, Franklin went on to attend Mississippi Delta Junior College, earning a degree in construction and architectural technology. He eventually purchased the company from his father but relocated to Nashville in 2002 due to the economic downturn. Franklin and his partner, Ellen Kotzbauer, formed Music City Remodeling in 2008. Ellen focused on finances and marketing, while Franklin oversaw the operations. In 2020, Ellen retired from the corporate world to join Franklin full-time in operating Music City Remodeling.
