How We Work

Our construction process is divided into three phases: pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.

PHASE 1: Pre-Construction

In this phase, our team begins by conducting a project feasibility analysis, creating a budget, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals. We also select contractors and vendors, and create a construction schedule to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

PHASE 2: Construction

Once the project is set up, we begin construction. As a national contractor, we employ traveling superintendents who ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely, regardless of location. Our superintendents coordinate with our construction team in one of our offices to manage the project, oversee quality control, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

PHASE 3: Post-Construction

In the final stage of our construction process, we transition the completed building or structure to the owner or client for occupancy and use. We address any outstanding issues or defects, conduct final inspections, and provide all required documentation, such as permits, warranties, and operation manuals.
