For over three decades, Timbercon Construction, Inc. has been dedicated to providing exceptional general contracting and design/build services to our clients. Founded in 1982 by a Church Pastor who had previously been involved in numerous construction projects, our company was born out of a desire to create a more pleasant and stress-free construction experience for church communities.
Our History
In 1982, Timbercon Builders was formed in Fort Worth, Texas, with the goal of helping churches navigate the construction process with minimal stress. Our first project, Abiding Presence Lutheran Church in San Antonio, was completed one month early and significantly under budget. This success sparked the growth of our company, as we expanded our services to build hundreds of church facilities across the state of Texas.
Our Team
Our team of experienced professionals is led by Rick Shuck, a 34-year veteran of the construction industry and 25-year entrepreneur. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Rick oversees daily operations, contract negotiations, and direct communication with each job site. Gary Shuck, Vice President and Chief Estimator, brings 34 years of construction experience to the table, working closely with clients to deliver accurate estimates and exceptional service. Helen Saur, Office Manager, has 22 years of experience in the construction industry, ensuring seamless office operations and accounting. Our architectural designer, Randall Linder, has 10 years of experience in architectural drafting, design, and CAD technology.
