Our Story
At Ulmer Remodeling & Construction, we take pride in our rich history, which spans over three generations of craftsmen. Our story begins after World War II, when Allan Ulmer returned and attended Dunwoody College for carpentry to support his growing family. Allan's apprenticeship led him to teach his son, Dennis, everything he knew about carpentry. This partnership eventually formed Ulmer Construction, a small builder that bought lots and built homes. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include interior and exterior remodeling, while maintaining our commitment to personalized experiences, expert craftsmanship, and professionalism.
