Withdrawal Issues
There have been several problems with the withdrawal process, causing frustration and delay. The author, Steven Fortner, had difficulty getting his funds, experiencing numerous delays with processing. Checks that were mailed without tracking have gone missing, and there have been delays in shipping via FedEx, which the author was forced to pay for.
Lack of Transparency
The author was told that tracking information would be available the next day, but this promise was not kept. The company only became available to provide tracking information on Monday, two weeks after the withdrawal was made. Despite numerous calls to speed up the process, the author's money remains inaccessible.
