URC-Coated Metal Roof Fails to Deliver
Ultimate Roof Coaters (URC) has fallen short of expectations, according to several disgruntled customers. Steve Baumgartner shares his undesirable experience, stating that the metal roof coating applied by URC started flaking off just a year after the job was completed. Additionally, the coating material failed to adhere to the roof surface properly. Moreover, when Baumgartner reached out to URC's management, including Bernie Hamilton, he received no response despite multiple phone calls and emails.
Another dissatisfied customer, Cruz Balderrama, reports a leaking issue with his roof despite being under warranty. Despite contacting URC twice, the company failed to address the issue, and communication was entirely absent.
