Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Brian B., had a negative experience with the company when his AC stopped working. He called them through his home warranty program, which guaranteed a 24-hour call back, but they failed to respond. When he called to schedule an appointment, the person who answered, presumably the owner, was extremely rude and told him that he would have to wait at least a week and a half for service. The reviewer was shocked by the lack of empathy or apology from the representative.
Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior
The company's failure to respond to the initial call and the representative's abrupt and uncaring attitude have left a bad taste in the reviewer's mouth. The lack of effort to provide a solution or offer an alternative has led to a negative review.
