Poor Customer Service and Unreliability
The reviewer, Karen Usrey, expresses her disappointment with Spa Specialist, a company from which she purchased a Havenmade hot tub 20 years ago. At the time of purchase, the company had a store in Broomfield, CO, and was responsive to customers.
Lack of Communication and Unavailability
However, when Karen tried to contact Spa Specialist six months ago to obtain spa part numbers, she was unable to get a hold of them via email or phone. This experience has led her to regret her purchase and would advise others to buy from a larger distributor that would still have a business presence today.
