Our journey began over 25 years ago, when our founder, Eric Brownson, graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Mathematics. Eric's passion for construction led him to start his first construction company, and he eventually made his way to Breckenridge, Colorado, where he continued to build his career. In 1993, Eric incorporated Sweet Homes of Colorado, Inc., and the company quickly grew into a full-service general contractor. Today, we're proud to be one of the premier custom home builders in the region.
