Our Process
At Dream Home Construction, we understand that renovating your home can be a daunting task. That's why we've developed a comprehensive process to ensure a stress-free and efficient experience. Our process includes:
1. Schedule a Free Consultation: Where we get your input and wants, schedule the estimate/meeting.
2. In-Home Meeting: Where we go over the scope of work, budget, contractor's notes, and provide with an estimate.
3. Agreement: Schedule time frames, costs, finished product, and paperwork.
4. Start Demolition & Rebuild: We start protecting the related area with ramboards and plastics, removing old items and start building your project by specifications.
5. Follow Through: Complete a final inspection with the contractor, checking off the items from your preliminary walk-through.
