At Corporate Cleaning Inc., we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that has been serving Central Ohio for over two decades. Our story began in 1997, when our founder, Crystal Hughey, decided to take a leap of faith and start her own cleaning company. With a passion for cleaning and a commitment to quality, Crystal started small, taking on one property at a time. As the company grew, so did our team. Today, we employ over 25 people, many of whom are multi-generational and have been with us for years.

Our Story

Crystal's journey to starting her own company began when she was searching for a better work-life balance. As a mother, she wanted to be able to attend her son's field trips and school activities, but her previous job did not offer the flexibility she needed. With a desire to create a more flexible schedule, Crystal started cleaning part-time for a friend's company. She quickly realized that she was cut out for the work and decided to take the leap and start her own business.

With the support of her husband, Gene, who later became her business partner, Crystal spent countless hours researching marketing techniques, developing a cold-calling script, and creating brochures. After landing her first contract with Olentangy Commons, a 800-unit apartment complex, Crystal knew that she had made the right decision.

Our Team

As the company grew, so did our team. Our management team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our CEO, Crystal, is a visionary leader who is passionate about building relationships and growing the company. Our COO, Gene, is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies and optimizing efficiency. Our Manager, Bertha, ensures quality and consistency in our day-to-day services and builds strong relationships with our customers. Our Asst. Manager, David, provides direction and leadership to our team and aligns key performance indicators to achieve long-term results.
