Our Story

Our journey began in 2004, when Steve Hamblen, our Chief Advisor, moved to Greenville, South Carolina, after selling a successful engineering and construction firm in Lima, Ohio. Steve's vision was to create a luxury custom home building company that would focus on delivering high-end service and building exceptional homes that surpass our clients' expectations.
