Our Story

Caribbean Pools & Landscape is more than just a pool building company - it's a family affair built on a legacy of craftsmanship and customer care. Our roots run deep in the landscape industry, tracing back to the 1950s when my family established one of the largest landscape firms and retail nurseries in the Baton Rouge area. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant world of horticulture and design instilled in me a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into something truly special.

Learning from the best, my father, a renowned landscaper and nurseryman, taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. These values have been the cornerstones of my professional journey. After earning my degree, I ventured out on my own, founding and operating Don Hart's Landscape and Design Inc. for 20 years. Experiencing the fulfillment of seeing a client's vision come to life through meticulous planning and execution solidified my commitment to this industry.

In 2000, I relocated to St. Tammany Parish, where I joined a local firm specializing in landscape and pool design and sales. While I embraced all aspects of the business, my true passion lay in the artistry and functionality of pool design. The intricate blend of aesthetics and engineering, translating a client's dreams into a tangible oasis, held a unique allure. This passion led me to establish Caribbean Pools & Landscape LLC in 2005, allowing me to focus fully on my core strengths.
