Our team is led by John and Shelly Etter, who founded the company in 1987. John has over 40 years of experience in plumbing, and Shelly has a background in the plumbing industry as well. Our customer care manager, Nicole Mercado, has grown up in the plumbing industry and is dedicated to keeping everyone organized. Steve O'Briant, our service manager, has been a plumbing and heating technician for over 21 years and is knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing and heating services. Cassidy Heneks is our customer care representative, who is born and raised in Carmel Valley and enjoys animals and exploring the outdoors.
