Questions
Why is annual air conditioning maintenance important?
Annual AC maintenance preserves efficiency, prevents costly repairs, and extends system lifespan. Technicians identify wear early, ensuring optimal performance during Fayetteville's hot summers.
Is an electric furnace safer than a gas furnace?
Both modern electric and gas furnaces are safe when properly maintained. Gas furnaces require venting checks, while electric models eliminate combustion risks, suiting Fayetteville's climate.
How often should drains be professionally cleaned?
Schedule drain cleaning every 1-2 years for prevention. Fayetteville's clay soil and tree roots increase clog risks, warranting more frequent service for older properties.
What HVAC rebates are available in Fayetteville?
Local utility companies like Fayetteville Public Works offer rebates for energy-efficient HVAC upgrades. Contact us to explore current incentives and financing options.
Can you handle plumbing in historic Fayetteville homes?
Yes, our team specializes in older homes, addressing root intrusions, pipe corrosion, and code compliance while preserving structural integrity in historic neighborhoods.
