In 1995, United Security Systems began with the goal of providing the most current and best products and services in the security industry. Our success and growth are attributed to our organic growth, where most of our large competitors' growth comes from acquisitions, dealer programs, and multi-million dollar marketing budgets. Frustrating Experience with Customer Service
The reviewer, David Jones, expresses his frustration with the customer service team, specifically with a lady he had to deal with over the phone. He states that they have contacted the company four times this year to cancel their service, but the lady insists that the contract automatically renews every year and requires a thirty-day notice period. However, when asked to provide a copy of the contract that states this, she was unable to do so.
Rude Customer Service Representative
The reviewer describes the lady as the "rudest person" he has had to deal with, implying that her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable. He suggests that if she had a personality and was willing to listen, they might have considered upgrading their system instead of wanting to leave the company.
