Our Story

Our journey began in 1983 when Edward Pigliavento, Sr., and two of his sons, Edward Jr. and Michael, founded Pigliavento Builders. Initially, the company focused on operating and owning the 82-unit Brookview Court Apartments in Rotterdam, NY. As the company grew, we expanded our scope of work to include building condominiums in 1987. Over the years, we have built over 1,000 homes, including apartments, condominiums, single-family homes, and townhouses. Our expertise and passion have made us a trusted partner for our clients, who appreciate our dedication to quality and attention to detail.
