Our owner, Sam Liberti, is a Certified Professional Building Designer with over 24 years of experience in the construction and building materials industry. He is also a past National President and professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). Sam's extensive knowledge and expertise ensure that each project achieves both creative and technical excellence.

At Low Tide Designs, we believe in a vertically oriented company structure, which allows for a single point-of-contact relationship between the client and the designer. This ensures that vital information is not lost and that every project receives a high level of commitment from start to finish.

We also utilize consulting engineers who are selected based on their experience and ability to meet the requirements of a particular project. This ensures that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and safe.
