Inadequate Workmanship
The company's inability to complete jobs correctly is a recurring theme in these reviews. For example, a reviewer, Jessica D., had issues with pooling and ponding on her driveway and parking lot, despite the company warranting against these problems. Additionally, the parking lot was graded incorrectly, leading to water seepage into the basement. Despite winning a $5,000 judgment, Jessica has yet to receive any compensation.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy
M. N. had a similar experience, citing that the company sent an inexperienced estimator who misestimated the project. When the issue was brought to their attention, the company refused to take responsibility, suggesting that the customer would have to take them to court to resolve the problem. This has left M.
