At Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., we are proud to be a leading heavy and highway contractor with over 70 years of experience. Our journey began in 1952 when Glenn O. Hawbaker and his wife Thelma founded a small excavation company with a vision to serve, build, and advance local communities. Since then, we have grown and evolved, now operating 21 aggregate facilities and 7 asphalt production plants, serving private and public sector customers in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and southern New York.
