Exteriors Plus, LLC, founded by Paul Mantoni in 1987, is a home improvement services company that offers a wide range of services including interior and exterior renovations, remodeling, and maintenance. Based in Terryville, Connecticut, our primary service area covers central Connecticut, including but not limited to Bristol, Hartford, Meriden, New Britton, Plymouth, Southington, Terryville, Torrington, Walcott, Waterbury, and Watertown. Our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction has earned us numerous prestigious accolades over the years.

Paul Mantoni, the owner and operator of Exteriors Plus, has a deep passion for home improvement, which began in his Dad's basement shop at the age of 10. He learned the importance of proper and safe tool usage and went on to work with local builders and homeowners in the Bristol area. Under the guidance of Bob Loveland, Paul developed a strong foundation in quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, values that remain at the core of our business today.

Exteriors Plus has received several certifications and awards for its outstanding work, including becoming a Certified Vinyl Siding Installer from the Vinyl Siding Institute in 2013, being recognized as a Mastic Preferred Contractor in 2010, and receiving the Vinyl Siding Institute Award of Distinction in 1997. Our commitment to excellence has also led to features in Professional Deck Builder Magazine and an invitation to participate in the Extreme Home Makeover TV show in 2011.

At Exteriors Plus, we pride ourselves on our community involvement and have actively participated in neighborhood clean-ups and nonprofit organizations. Paul is currently on the board of Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut, Inc., a leading environmental education organization in the state.
