Our Story

Our owner, Joel Nieman, has a strong background in maintenance and repair work, having served in the United States Navy for 10 years. After his military service, he worked as a welding supervisor for Parsons Company Inc. for 17 years before deciding to start his own business. With a passion for heating and cooling systems, Joel founded AirAce Heating & Cooling to meet the needs of the growing HVAC service industry in the Greater Peoria Area.
