Our story began over 100 years ago, when Carl O. Beck founded our company in Mercer, Maine. Through the years, we have continued to operate as a family-owned and operated business, committed to providing exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. EPDM Roofing Systems

We have been installing EPDM (single ply rubber) roof systems on commercial, residential, and public buildings since 1982. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated in our material manufacturer, Carlisle Syntec Systems, rating our firm one of the top installers of their single-ply roof systems in the United States. We offer EPDM roof systems on buildings with little to no roof slope, designed to withstand inclement environments where standing water, snow, and ice may occur.

Our Warranty

We stand behind our EPDM roof installations, offering system and membrane warranties through our material manufacturer, Carlisle Syntec Systems. These warranties range from 5 to 20 years. With our many years of experience and track record for high-quality installations, we are confident in our ability to provide long-lasting EPDM roof systems for the commercial, residential, and public sectors.
