Safety

At DGB Glass, safety is our top priority. We believe in creating a hazard-free job site for our employees, and we take numerous steps to ensure their safety and well-being. All DGB Glass employees undergo safety orientation upon hire and participate in weekly safety meetings at each job site. Our employees are certified yearly in swing stage, scaffold, and lift training, and all field employees are required to take the OSHA 10-hour class. Foremen are required to take the OSHA 30-hour class, and our Superintendent has completed the OSHA 510 Course. Additionally, all field employees receive first aid and CPR training.

Our goal is to achieve a significant reduction in accidents, greater productivity, lower insurance costs, and increased competitiveness in the market. To achieve this goal, we have established the following management commitments:
