Our Story

Our journey began in 1985 when Tim Mahoney, our founder, decided to turn his passion for construction into a business. Over the years, we have built hundreds of homes and commercial properties across Central New York. One of our most notable projects was the Hill Family's home for Extreme Home Makeover, where we constructed over 3,200 sq ft of home in just under 5 days with the help of over 2,000 volunteers.

• Custom Remodels: We work with you to redesign your current home from the ground up. Our most recent full-scale remodel involved raising the entire home to replace the existing foundation, removing the second floor, and remodeling the entire interior and exterior.
